Leading Managers Into The Future Programme

Acorn The Business Centre in partnership with Causeway Institute and Ballymoney Borough Council, have seen the succesful completion of the  pilot programme “Leading Managers Into The Future”, the aim of which was to equip local managers with the necessary skills and capabilities to grow their businesses.  The main elements of the programme were Business Mentoring delivered by Acorn the Business Centre and Training in Management & Marketing delivered by Causeway Institute.  Participation on the 12 week management course delivered as part of the programme merited participants the award of the Introductory Certificate in First Line Management from the Institute of Leadership & Management.
